This 4.5-hour guided night bus tour includes stops at the High Line Park and Little Island* on the Hudson River, Grand Central Terminal*, Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport*, and Times Square! The tour starts at 5:30 pm in the Times Square area on 7th Avenue, between 50th and 51st Streets (in the middle of the block), and ends at 10 pm at the same location.

*Please note that between December 1 and January 7, our night tour becomes NYC Holiday Lights Tour with a stop at Gramercy Park and Winter Garden Atrium in NYC’s Financial District. Grand Central Terminal and Pier 17 stops become drive-bys, and the Little Island stop is skipped.

We leave our starting/ending location in Times Square and go to our first stop – one of the most fascinating attractions in New York City – the High Line Park. The stop includes a 15-minute walk on the elevated, linear park that was originally a railway dating back to the industrial days of the west side of Manhattan.

We continue our guided walk to NYC’s newest outdoor space – Little Island – a 2.4-acre public park on the Hudson River. Please note that the Little Island stop is skipped between December 1 and January 7.

Off to Pier 17 at the historic South Street Seaport for magnificent views of the Downtown Brooklyn skyline and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge at night! Please note that Pier 17 is only a drive-by between December 1 and January 7.

Our next stop is Grand Central Terminal for a quick indoor tour of this iconic NYC landmark and the views of the Chrysler Building and NYC’s newest skyscraper – One Vanderbilt! Please note that the Grand Central Terminal stop is only a drive-by between December 1 and January 7.

The bus heads back to the heart of NYC – Times Square, back to our original starting point on 7th Avenue and 51st Street. If you purchased Top of The Rock Observatory tickets – 50th Street and 6th Avenue is the last stop.

Top of the Rock Observation Deck is perched 70 stories above at Rockefeller Center and offers a 3-floors of panoramic, 360-degree views unequaled anywhere else in New York City. Explore all the architecture and landmarks by day or sunset, including the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building, or become memorized by the lights of the ‘city that never sleeps’.

Additional sites and neighborhoods you’ll also see from the comfort of your bus include the Tribeca neighborhood, where celebrities Robert De Niro and Taylor Swift live, Midtown East, Battery Park City, the Chelsea Piers, the East Village, the Financial District, the Meatpacking District, the three bridges along the East River – Brooklyn Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge, and Manhattan Bridge, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, the United Nations Building, One World Trade Center, the MetLife Building, the Chrysler Building, and more!

All I can say is Kudos to Betty for being an amazing driver through the city! She kept everyone safe through the smallest areas of the roads, Excellent driver! Jim was spectacular hosting us through the city.. from joking to detailed info of the city he kept everyone entertained. This was my first time doing a tour in a city before as well as a first time visit to NYC and I couldn't of had a better time anywhere else.

Chack Paon

Excellent dusk to dark tour of NYC. Robert the tour guide, life long New Yorker, gave the insider view of life and history of the City that never sleeps. Best part of the tour is the three different bus stops and walks that give you an insiders visit to some of the best landmarks. The bus was comfortable, climate controlled and complementary water. Highly recommend this tour that feels private not just a hop on hop off double decker. Bonus points when the tour ended at the last stop we saw Pam Anderson leaving her Broadway play!

FAQs

How does USA Guided Tours deal with COVID-19?

  • All USA Guided Tours vehicles are cleaned with EPA-registered multi-surface cleaner & disinfectant as recommended by the CDC – between every tour
Additional Measures:
  • Face masks are optional for tour guides and travelers
  • Hand sanitizers available on buses

Why type of buses does USA Guided Tours use?

We use luxury tour buses that are climate-controlled and offer comfortable and pleasant touring experience, as well as protection from weather elements. The maximum bus capacity is 33 passengers; however, for the sake of making our tours more intimate, the average group size is less than 30 guests.
We do our best to keep large, same-party groups together on the same bus, but please remember that the seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you claim your seats – they’re reserved only for you for the duration of the tour.

Are we allowed to bring luggage on the tour?

Unfortunately, our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible, nor is there storage for baby strollers. If you have a wheelchair, please call us to make special vehicle arrangements for your tour. Some of our tours involve longer walks so if you like, you may stay on board the shuttle, near the landmark, without exiting the shuttle bus every time.

What is USA Guided Tours cancelattion policy?

Free Cancellation up to 24 Hours in Advance > if you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance of your tour departure time – a full refund will be issued

Free Cancellation up to 1 Hour in Advance With Tour Booking Insurance > if you purchase Tour Booking Insurance at $5.99 per booking, booking cancellations may be made up to 1 hour in advance of your tour departure time for a full refund
